Description:
This coffee is a classic Pink Bourbon with a gummy candy like note and still has a bright acidity, that stone fruit and green tea thing you expect out of Pink Bourbons.
With this roasting approach the more expressive notes and a roundness in mouthfeel are more present and give this coffee a clean but slighly more punchy note.
Notes: Rosé, peach rings, green tea, lemon peel, "candy-like"
