This coffee is a classic Pink Bourbon with a gummy candy like note and still has a bright acidity, that stone fruit and green tea thing you expect out of Pink Bourbons.
With this ultralight roasting approach the more subtle, bright, and tea-like aspects of the green coffee are highlighted.
Notes: Rosé, peach rings, green tea, lemon peel, "candy-like"
