Noria 5FB was harvested on February 20, 2026, from the Noria plot at Jaramillo Farm within Hacienda La Esmeralda. “5FB” indicates the fifth harvest from this specific plot.

After depulping, the coffee cherries undergo 72 hours of cold fermentation, followed by washing. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for 10 days.

This washed Geisha from Hacienda La Esmeralda presents a clean and expressive profile, with distinct jasmine florals, sweet peach and grape notes, and a honey-like texture on the palate.
