"On the palate, it is a sweet and well-balanced peach-flavoured tea, with a rich stone fruit sweetness and gentle acidity. At a moderate temperature, notes of strawberry and red grape emerge; whilst the sweetness is pronounced, it is restrained and never cloying. The finish reveals subtle hints of red guava and orange peel. The coffee as a whole exhibits excellent balance: the interplay of sweetness and acidity is spot on, with the highly ripe peaches and berries coming across as fresh and vibrant, without any hint of fermentation; the evolving notes of sweet grape and orange unfold in layers, complementing the profile without overpowering it."
