"On the palate, the aroma opens with a full-bodied, uplifting blend of jasmine and the sweet, white floral notes of coffee blossom, immediately followed by sweet, jasmine-scented grapes. As the temperature drops, the overall profile becomes increasingly bright and uplifting, the citrus notes become more distinct, evolving from robust bergamot to a fresher lime. The finish retains a hint of ripe stone fruit, reminiscent of peach. This is a coffee where floral notes intertwine, and citrus flavours are elegantly balanced with ripe stone fruit, achieving near-perfect harmony."
