Hacienda la Papaya, under the stewardship of Juan Peña, has gained a reputation for producing some of the world’s most mesmerizing coffees. This take on his most iconic varitety is more fruit forward than the classic washed version. Even though the yeast innocaltion enhances the flavors, this coffee is still clean and crisp.

In the cup we taste guava, orange and honey.
